Elegantech Labs, Inc. is committed to child safety and the protection of minors. This policy outlines our stance and practices regarding children's use of Authra.
Not Directed at Children
Authra is a business-to-business authorization and verification platform. It is intended exclusively for use by adults (18 years of age or older) in professional and commercial contexts. The Service is not designed for, directed at, or intended to be used by children under the age of 13.
No Collection of Children's Data
We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.
Parental Notification
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to Authra without your consent, please contact us immediately at ahhmedraouf@gmail.com. We will investigate and delete the information promptly.
No Inappropriate Content
Authra does not host, distribute, or facilitate any content that exploits or harms children. Any user found attempting to use the platform to share, distribute, or facilitate such content will be immediately banned and reported to the relevant authorities.
Reporting
If you encounter any content or behavior on Authra that you believe endangers children, please report it immediately to ahhmedraouf@gmail.com. We take all such reports seriously and will act swiftly.
Compliance
We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable children's privacy laws.
