End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Elegantech Labs, Inc. ("Licensor") for the use of the Authra mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to this EULA.

1. License Grant

Elegantech Labs, Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple iOS or Android devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove any proprietary notices from the App

3. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This EULA is between you and Elegantech Labs, Inc. only, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In the event of any product liability claim, Apple is not responsible.
• Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
• Your use of the App must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Elegantech Labs, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this EULA by reference.

6. Updates

We may release updates to the App. Updates may be required to continue using the App. This EULA applies to all updates unless a new EULA accompanies the update.

7. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Elegantech Labs, Inc. does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elegantech Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
