These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Authra, operated by Elegantech Labs, Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Authra is a business authorization and verification platform. It allows companies to issue verifiable authorizations to representatives and allows third parties to verify those authorizations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into binding agreements to use the Service. By using Authra, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Company Accounts

Companies are responsible for the accuracy of the authorizations they issue. You must not issue authorizations for individuals without their knowledge or consent. You must not misrepresent the identity, role, or authorization status of any representative.

4. Representative Accounts

Representatives are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, including their profile photo. You must not impersonate another person or upload a photo that is not your own likeness.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent or abuse the verification system
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Access the Service using automated means without our prior written consent
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights

6. Public Verification Data

Active authorizations are publicly queryable by Authra ID. Representatives acknowledge that accepting an authorization makes their name, role, company, expiry date, and profile photo visible to anyone with access to the Authra ID.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we determine you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of authorization data entered by users. Verifiers should use Authra as one tool among many in their due diligence process.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elegantech Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
